Ricardo is a licensed Professional Engineer with over a decade of power sector experience in distribution planning, DER integration, and grid modernization. At a major investor-owned utility, he advanced from distribution design into planning and DER integration, where he developed capital projects including substations, feeder ties, and reconductoring programs. He delivered approximately $3.5M in construction project value and was recognized as a subject matter expert for complex system designs.
